- Account Information: Names, email addresses, and school affiliations of administrators and teachers.
- Educational Data: Pedagogical assessments, classroom observation notes, and mentoring feedback.
- Student Behavior Data (VidyaPulse): Psychometric insights, discipline logs, and behavioral trends entered by authorized staff.
- Technical Data: Analytics on feature usage to improve the platform experience.
3. How We Use Your Data
The data collected is used strictly for educational and administrative purposes:
- Generating real-time, actionable insights for teacher mentoring (HTMF).
- Providing behavioral analysis for student well-being (HSMF).
- Improving the AI-generated solutions in the Problem Solver and Recruitment modules.
- We do not sell your data to third-party marketers or brokers.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure relies on secure cloud environments (e.g., Supabase/PostgreSQL) with strict Role-Based Access Control (RLS). Only authorized users within your institution can access sensitive student or teacher intelligence.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to request the correction or deletion of your personal data. Institutional administrators can manage data directly within the dashboard.
