1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Teacher Pulse™ platform, applications (iOS/Android), and associated services provided by DELTA7 EDU-FRAMEWORKS PVT. LTD. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.

2. Service Description

Teacher Pulse is an AI-enhanced educational management platform providing frameworks (HTMF, HSMF) for teacher evaluation, mentoring, student behavioral insights, and recruitment assessment. The platform is offered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.

3. Proprietary Rights and Licensing

DELTA7 EDU-FRAMEWORKS PVT. LTD. owns all intellectual property rights to the Teacher Pulse platform, the High-Tech Mentoring Framework (HTMF), and the High-Tech Student Mentoring Framework (HSMF). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your institution's internal educational purposes during your subscription term. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user credentials and for all activities that occur under your institutional accounts. You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national regulations, including data protection laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our AI-driven Problem Solver and Recruitment modules provide pedagogical recommendations, they do not replace human judgment. DELTA7 EDU-FRAMEWORKS PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, or decisions made based on its insights.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination of your institutional contract, your access to the platform will cease, and data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
